Alyssa M. Lantz, Ph.D.

Alyssa started in the Baxter lab in June 2024 as a postdoctoral scientist. She graduated from the University of Minnesota Twin Cities with her Ph.D. in Experimental and Clinical Pharmacology with a focus on infectious disease in May 2024. Her dissertation work focused on utilizing an Ex vivo human tissue model to understand the interactions between the female genital tract microenvironment and antiretroviral mucosal pharmacology. In her free time, she likes to do hand crafts, run, play volleyball, and catch up on her to be read list.
