Grace-Ellen Meixner

Grace-Ellen Meixner graduated from St. Mary’s University with a B.S. in Biology in 2002 and joined the Cole lab in 2003.  As part of the lab’s team she has used a variety of protocols and laboratory techniques to identify genetic variation in several microarray projects.  She also assists in the cataloging and maintenance of samples for several projects, including the Viva La Familia and Strong Heart studies.  In addition to her lab work, she maintains several of the lab’s genotypic and sample databases and assists with other administrative duties.
