Colin has recently joined the lab as a new post-doctoral researcher to study how APOBEC3 polymorphisms in the human population affect HIV mutation and pathogen fitness. He will also utilize his expertise in confocal microscopy to investigate HIV/SIV localization and APOBEC3 packaging in tissue.
