Research Bio

I graduated with my bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Environmental Science and a concentration in Marine Science from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi. I am a Research Assistant for Dr. Ganusov’s Theoretical Immunology Laboratory.  My role is to perform image data segmentation and data analysis for several laboratory’s projects. The projects range from analyzing movements of T cells and Plasmodium sporozoites to imaging Mycobacterium tuberculosis-induced lesions in non-human primates. I also assist in the expansion of new methodologies and exploration of imaging software and their potential uses for image data analysis.
