Annu Devi

Annu Devi is a postdoctoral fellow who studies Tuberculosis, TB-HIV co-infection, host- directed therapies, effect of cigarette smoking on TB and potential treatments under the direction of Dr. Mehra. Annu received her Masters in Biomedical Sciences in 2014 from the University of Delhi and Ph.D. in Molecular Medicine in 2023 from Jawaharlal Nehru University, Delhi, India. During Ph.D. her major focus was to understand the mechanisms involved in establishment of Mtb dormancy in mesenchymal stem cells and to identify potential biomarkers for Latent TB infection. Annu joined Texas Biomed in May 2023.
