In the Torrelles Lab, I am currently working on the BMGF study where we test antibodies and compounds against SARS-CoV-2 twice a month on mouse models. This procedure includes working with the mouse model performing IP injections, IN infection/ dosing, SQ injections, blood draws, necropsies, viral titrations through cell culture, and creating graphs for the morbidity/ mortality curves. I am also assisting with making 1G and 2G plates that we test the resistance of MDR and XDR strains of M. tuberculosis and ship them as needed. When I am not working on these two projects, I assist any lab members in the lab as I am needed.
